Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what arrangements have been made for (a) issuing NHS Safety Alerts and (b) the notification of Orders since NHS Protect ceased operation.

Indiviudal employers in the National Health Service, working with police and other relevant bodies, are responsible for issuing NHS Safety Alerts and notification of Orders.
