Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, with reference to his Department's report, Protecting consumers in the letting and managing agent market: call for evidence, published in October 2017, if he will place a copy of any impact assessment conducted on the proposals in the call for evidence in the Library.

An impact assessment will be provided in due course and a copy will be placed in the Library of the House.
