Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, whether the Government plans to bring forward legislative proposals on legally binding pre-nuptial agreements; and if he will make a statement.

We will consider nuptial agreements as part of our wider work in family justice reform to give support to couples when they have a family dispute.
