Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, whether he plans to make changes to the Working Time Regulations.

All policies – including retained EU law - are kept under review to ensure that they meet our objectives but the government has no intention of reducing workers’ rights.
