Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what assessment he has made of the potential benefits of adopting the .338 calibre for Project Cairns.

Project CAIRNS is currently a pre-concept project and as such formal consideration of systems and specifications, including calibre, has not yet taken place.
