Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what contingency plans his Department has put in place in the event that a community rehabilitation company terminates its contract; and if he will make a statement.

Community Rehabilitation Company (CRC) contracts do not provide CRCs with an option to terminate the contract, but do require Exit Plans to be in place and maintained throughout the life of the contracts.
