Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, if he will publish the total fee income of the British Embassy in Iran for (a) Legal Proceedings, (b) Emergency Assistance and (c) Other Services in each year since 2011-12.

The British Embassy in Tehran offers a variety of chargeable services in addition to its freely provided consular services. The table below sets out all fees received for services offered by the British Embassy in Iran for each year since FY2016-17. The British Embassy in Iran was closed between November 2011 and August 2015. No services were offered during this period and as a result no data is held between 2011 and 2016.
