Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, pursuant to the Answer of 2 November 2017 to Question 109056, on fracking: planning permission, when he plans to bring forward legislative proposals to make planning decisions the responsibility of the National Planning Regime.

I refer the Hon Member to the answer I gave on to Question UIN 111182 on 15 November 2017.
