Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, whether he has made an assessment of changes to the operation or administration of the Supreme Court as a result of the UK leaving the EU.

There are no plans to make changes to the operation or the administration of the Supreme Court as a result of the UK leaving the EU. We are engaging with both the Supreme Court and the judiciary to ensure that our courts are prepared for any effects of leaving the EU.
