Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, if he will make it his policy to count how many employer PAYE schemes do not balance at the end of each financial year; and if he will make a statement.

HMRC automatically counts how many employer PAYE schemes balance at the end of each tax year.
