Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, when his Department plans to publish the results of the Immigration Fees Public Consultation on settlement fees applicable to non-UK veterans wishing to remain in the UK.

Although a publication date cannot be provided at this stage, I wish to reassure the hon. Member that the Government remains committed to this issue. Once collective agreement for the final policy has been secured the Government's response will be published on the Government website.
