Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many (a) prosecutions and (b) convictions there have been for selling (i) black mamba and (ii) spice under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
This question was answered on 1st December 2017
It is not possible to identify from centrally held data the number of defendants prosecuted and convicted for possession of or selling black mamba and spice without incurring disproportionate cost.
