Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to the Answer of 16 October 2017 to Question 106342, which policy or policies govern UK sharing of intelligence with the US for use in US drone strikes outside of areas of armed conflict.
This question was answered on 4th December 2017
Prior to sharing intelligence with any nation, regardless of the operation, the UK conducts robust assessments to ensure that our contribution to that operation complies with UK and International Law.
