Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, with reference to Homes England’s press release entitled Homes England opens bidding for ten year Social and Affordable Homes Programme, published on 24 February 2026, how much of the £27 billion allocated to the Social and Affordable Homes Programme will be spent in each financial year of the programme.
