Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, with reference to Homes England’s press release entitled Homes England opens bidding for ten year Social and Affordable Homes Programme, published on 24 February 2026, what steps he is taking to ensure that small and medium-sized housing providers are able to access funding under the Social and Affordable Homes Programme 2026–2036.
