Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to the Answer of 28 November 2017 to Question 114635, how does a Commander assess humidity, wind speed and air temperature and other atmospheric conditions which may affect the safety of those under his command during an exercise, training or selection event without the use of a Wet Bulb Globe Temperature.

The guidance is that there should always be a Wet Bulb Globe Temperature reading and Commanders should not be undertaking an activity without one if it is felt there is an elevated risk of heat illness.
