Question to the Wales Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, if he will place in the Library the full list of documents on planning for leaving the EU that have been sent from his Department to (a) the Joint Ministerial Committee and (b) the European Union Exit and Trade Committee and its sub-committees.

As I have set out in previous answers, while the Department for Exiting the European Union has responsibility for overseeing preparations for the withdrawal of the UK from the EU and conducting these withdrawal negotiations in support of the Prime Minister, the Office of the Secretary of State for Wales work closely with them and other Government departments on all issues relating to EU Exit. Therefore, to ensure Welsh interests are properly represented my Department contributes to policy development as plans progress across government.
