Coroner services are funded by Local Authorities and the Ministry of Justice does not hold the information requested. Inquests into deaths at the Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Hospital fall within the jurisdiction of the North East Kent Coroner Area where Kent County Council is the lead authority.
