Leaving the EU gives us an opportunity to set new policies which specifically benefit British agriculture and the environment. The Government is committed to supporting our farmers to produce high quality food and providing the best possible value for money to the British taxpayer.

We will continue to commit the same cash total in funds for farm support until the end of the parliament, and we intend to continue supporting farms of all sizes for many more years to come where the benefits of that spending are clear.
