This information is not held centrally.

The responsibility for NHS Wales was passed to the Welsh Government under devolution in 1999. The Department of Health and Social Services are responsible for waiting times/ treatment times of those attending A&E departments. The men going to A&E from HMP Berwyn have no preferential treatment and are assessed on medical need just like any other member of the public.
