Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, (a) how many and (b) what percentage of permanent residence documents have been refused in each of the last 10 years; and what income was generated from those applications in each of the last 10 years.
Information on the number of decisions and refusals in each of the last 10 years relating to requests for documents certifying permanent residence (EEA nationals) and for permanent residence cards (non-EEA family members) is published in Home Office’s Immigration Statistics, July – September 2017, EEA table ee_02 available from https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/immigration-statistics-july-to-september-2017/list-of-tables#european-economic-area-eea
