The Government Office for Science published the report “From Waste to Resource Productivity” authored by the former Government Chief Scientific Adviser, Sir Mark Walport, and co-authored by Professor Ian Boyd, Chief Scientific Adviser at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs on 14 December 2017. It can be accessed online on GOV.UK.
