Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, whether he plans to publish a draft Courts Bill.
This question was answered on 29th June 2017
The Government is committed to introducing legislation to modernise the courts system, as set out in the Queen’s Speech. There are no current plans to publish the Bill in draft.
