Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, whether his Department is taking steps to help ensure step-free access at Heaton Chapel station.

I can confirm that Heaton Chapel station will receive a share of £1 million funding, requested by and allocated to Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) for minor accessibility improvements and Customer Information Systems through the Access for All programme.
