Prisons: Mobile Phones

Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, pursuant to the Answer of 12 October 2020 to Question 100350, Prisons: Mobile Phones, how many and what proportion of prisoners in the (a) adult public, (b) adult private and (c) youth estate have access to in-cell technology; and if he will make a statement.

I refer the hon. Member to the answer I gave on 19 November 2020 to Question 114121 to the hon. Member for West Ham (Ms Brown).
In addition, all of the adult private estate in England and Wales has in-cell telephony installed.
