Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, if he will set out a timescale for bringing forward legislative proposals on the regulation of claims management companies

The Financial Guidance and Claims Bill was introduced in Parliament on 22 June 2017. This Bill enables the transfer of the regulation of claims management companies from the Ministry of Justice to the Financial Conduct Authority.
