The level of fees charged and collected in a given financial year are a reflection on the amount of activity that is undertaken for the appropriate process at the published charge out rates. These rates have been unaltered for the past three years and the only variable is the amount of activity undertaken by the Animal and Plant Health Agency’s inspectors.
