Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, by what criteria his Department measures the efficiency of the operation of the Probate Registry.

The efficiency of the operation of the Probate Service is measured by monitoring cost in relation to volume of work and by measuring performance against the two official key performance indicators (KPIs) for the service.
