Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, pursuant to Answer of 21 December 2017 to Question 116748, how much of the £1.2 billion of funding for the Starter Home Land Fund has been spent to date.

A summary of the Fund’s expenditure in 2017/18 will be provided as part of my Department’s Annual Report published in the Spring.
