Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, how much has been spent by his Department from the public purse on legal fees in relation to tendering and awarding contracts in each year since 2012.

The following table shows the amount spent on external legal fees in each year since 2012:
