Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what the value is of his Department's contracts with Carillion plc.
This question was answered on 24th January 2018
The total contract value of Carillion's work with the Ministry of Defence (MOD) is circa £700 million - £1 billion, the majority of which are through Joint Venture Facilities Management contracts, construction Joint Ventures and Sub-contracts arrangements.
Given that commercial agreements between the partners are not visible to the MOD it is impossible to give a precise figure on historical spend.
