To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how much was spent by (a) Lancashire Constabulary and (b) Greater Manchester Constabulary in (i) 2015, (ii) 2016 and (iii) 2017 on painting rainbow flags and providing other LGBT friendly facilities for police cars.
