Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to his oral contribution of 15 January 2018, Official Report, column 592, what plans he has for future defence policy refreshes.

We are keeping our analysis of defence industrial sub-sectors under regular review and, where we can demonstrate value for money for the economy as a whole and a national security requirement to deliver and sustain defence capability, we will refresh or develop our industrial approaches for doing so. The Defence Industrial Policy published last month sets the framework for doing that.
