Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to his oral contribution of 15 January 2018, Official Report, column 610, what steps he is taking to secure future orders of the Hawk aircraft and, which countries he is talking to about such orders.

The Ministry of Defence continues to work closely with other Government Departments and BAE Systems to promote the Hawk aircraft. Building on Qatar's recent commitment to acquire the Hawk aircraft we continue to pursue the interest of a number of countries in the platform including Kuwait and India.
