Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:
To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, pursuant to the Answer of 12 December 2017 to Question 117198, if he will place a moratorium on new incinerators until he has made an assessment of what future capacity may be needed for incineration.

We have no plans to place a moratorium on new incinerators.
