Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, with reference to the letter from the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Justice to the Chair of the Justice Committee dated 28 February 2017, on prison safety and reform, if he will place in the Library a copy of the improvement plan for Carillion's delivery of prison maintenance services.

There are no plans to place a copy of the improvement plan for Carillion's delivery of prison maintenance services.
