Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, for what reasons his Department is yet to respond to the Law Commission’s report on marriage law of December 2016.

The Law Commission published its report in December 2015. The Government responded in September 2017 and the letter is available at the Law Commission website.
