Armed Forces: Cadets

Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how many cadets there are in each of the services.

The Cadet Forces are not part of the Armed Forces and have no operational role.
Numbers of Cadets and Adult Volunteers in the Cadet Forces sponsored by the Ministry of Defence are published annually as a national statistic.
