Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what information his Department holds on the number of people with over 12 penalty points on their licence who are licensed to drive.

Of the 45 million drivers registered in Great Britain on 13 January, 3,510 drivers had over 12 points on their driving licence and had entitlement to drive.
