Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many breaches of the Code of Practice for Victims of Crime have been recorded since its revision in December 2013.

The Victims’ Code is a statutory code of practice, which sets out the services that must by law be provided to victims of crime in England and Wales by criminal justice agencies. The Ministry of Justice does not collate breaches of the Code by criminal justice agencies..
