The Government is having intensive discussions with the Welsh Government on the European Union (Withdrawal) Bill with a view to securing the legislative consent of the National Assembly for Wales to the Bill.

My Rt honourable Friend the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster and I are meeting the First Minister later this week as part of those ongoing discussions.
