Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, whether British diplomatic posts may conduct welfare checks or monitor legal proceedings involving dual British nationals detained or charged in their other country of nationality.
