HM Courts and Tribunals Service does not hold data specifically on specialist domestic abuse court numbers, locations or caseloads. Instead, where relevant domestic abuse proceedings are concerned, each magistrates’ court across England and Wales is expected to operate in accordance with the Domestic Abuse Best Practice Framework.
