Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many times has his Department assessed the financial viability of Interserve since the profit warning issued by Interserve on 14 September 2017.

The Government applies due rigour when awarding all of its contracts. This ensures the best value and outcome for taxpayers. The Government continually monitors the health of all of its strategic suppliers.
