Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, if he will publish the research his Department has conducted on the potential effect of outsourcing the work of Civilian Enforcement Officers.
This question was answered on 7th February 2018
The Department is unable to provide the information on research conducted on the potential effect of outsourcing work of Civilian Enforcement Officers as disclosure would likely to prejudice the commercial interests of a third party and the department.
