Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, if he will place in the Library copies of all correspondence between 2010 and 2015 between his Department and Public Health England in relation to use of Lariam or Mefloquine and reports of (a) hallucinations, (b) psychosis and (c) suicidal thoughts in personnel prescribed those medications; and if he will make a statement.

Copies of the documents will be placed in the Library of the House when they are available.
