Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how his Department determines the level of security to be set at each of its establishments; and if he will make a statement.

The Ministry of Defence (MOD) sets policy for the range of security measures required to protect its people, infrastructure and equipment on MOD establishments. Local implementation to mitigate security risks is dependent on the threats and vulnerabilities of individual sites.
