Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, pursuant to the Answer of 19 December 2017 to Question 118773, on Employment Tribunals Service: Fees and Charges, what progress his Department is making on its consideration of the Supreme Court's ruling on 26 July 2017.

The Government is continuing to consider the judgment carefully. It is important to take the time to consider the full implications of this ruling, both for the re-introduction of fees in the Employment Tribunals, and for our wider courts and tribunals fees strategy.
