Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, whether employees of Gov Facility Services Limited are covered by TUPE regulations.

Some Government Facility Services Limited employees are likely to be covered by TUPE though this assessment can only be undertaken at the point of transfer.
