Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, whether the Rt hon. Member for Makerfield has requested to hold meetings with officials in his Department.

It would not be appropriate to comment on whether specific meetings, discussions or requests to review Government documents may or may not have occurred. The Defence Investment Plan was published on 30 June 2026 and is publicly available.
